If you would like to deepen your Countertechnique practice, this workshop is for you! In response to questions from the participants, Countertechnique Founder Anouk van Dijk will introduce specific Countertechnique tools each day, that can be immediately applied in class. This workshop introduces a more pro-active approach to taking a Countertechnique class, and to one’s own dancing in general.
This workshop is designed for professional dancers and senior students who have taken Countertechnique classes before, preferably in the studio. For your benefit, it is recommended that if you have no previous experience in Countertechnique, you first take the Countertechnique Online open classes.
Maximum participants: 25. Participants are accepted on a first come first serve basis.
The workshop will take place from 9-11am on June 1-4 in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). This makes the workshop easily acccessible for dancers in Australia, United States, Canada and New Zealand; the workshop is not suitable for dancers located in Europe. Before registering, check your time zone equivalent in the Time Zone Converter.
This is a workshop series, which means the workshop is designed for participants who can attend all 4 sessions in the workshop; you're not able to register for individual sessions.
