What

Yi-chun is one of the certificate Countertechnique teachers since 2012. It is a movement system to help the dancer think about the dancing body, focusing on the process of incorporating information into action. The Countertechnique class provides tools thoroughly preparing the body and mind for rehearsal and performance, enable the dancers to be free and work with their individuality. Yi-chun joined Peeping Tom since 2013. Based on her experience both with Countertechnique and theater-dance creation with Peeping Tom, she offers workshop trainings for people who are interested in researching physical performative methods. This workshop will be introducing the Countertechnique toolbox through exercises. Base on applying Countertechnique tools we will have a step into Peeping Tom repertoire tasks.
